We look forward to hosting your promotional accommodation stay purchased on the BVEdeals.com online platform. Your promotional vacation is fulfilled by Preferred Guest Resorts, LLC (PGR) registered Seller of Travel No. ST37842. PGR may provide accommodations in association with certain third-party sponsors including but not limited to Calypso Cay Resort, Stay Sky, Silver Lake Resort and other projects located in the Central Florida, California Vacation Holdings Group, LLC in California and Westgate Resorts in Nevada.
LAS VEGAS OFFER
The Las Vegas, NV promotional vacation offer includes 4-Days and 3-Nights of standard hotel accommodations for 2 Adults sharing the same accommodations at The Royal Resort, The Stratosphere Hotel, or equivalent property on or near the Las Vegas Strip. A Specific Hotel may be requested, for a nominal fee, but is based on availability. Due to the nature of this promotion, PGR reserves the right to replace accommodations with equivalent Hotel properties during special events and high demand periods. The exact location is determined at time of confirmation and is based on availability. You will be responsible for any incidental expenses such as transportation, meals, activities, as well as a $15.00 per night reservation guarantee fee to be paid at the time of booking. This will be applied towards your hotel taxes, however, your resort fee will not be paid until check-in.
Upon completion of the sales presentation, the purchaser will receive $100.00 Gift Card to be used at restaurants, attractions, retail establishments, etc.
PRESENTATION
Attendance at a sales presentation on the benefits of a discounted Vacation Program, lasting approximately 2 hours, is required. If married or cohabiting, couples must attend the entire sales presentation together. Those who do not attend the sales presentation in its entirety will not receive the gifts and will be charged the retail value of the accommodations. Upon completion of your presentation you will be provided any gifts and incentives associated with your promotional package.
ELIGIBILITY
This offer is designed for married households, couples and families traveling together for recreational and vacation purposes. Both guests must be between the ages of 28 and 72, have matching Identifications, and have a major credit card to present at check-in. Guests must be gainfully employed with income of at least $50,000 per year at the time of travel. This offer is not valid if you have taken a promotional tour at any resort location within 6 months or if you already are a travel club owner. Your spouse, if married, and all adult traveling companions must speak English and attend and complete the presentation together. This offer is not valid if you reside within 55 miles of your tour location or if you are a vacation club owner. To take advantage of this offer you must be a US or Canadian legal citizen. This offer is limited to one vacation per household and is not valid for groups (2 or more families travelling together) or for attending a convention or conference. Additional rooms, if necessary, may be booked and paid for directly through reservations. Rates for additional rooms vary depending on dates of arrival.
In the event, the purchaser does not meet the Eligibility Requirements, the purchaser will be provided with 4-Days and 3-Nights hotel accommodations and will be subject to a booking fee of $99 at the time of booking. Original gifts that were to be received upon completion of the presentation will be substituted with dining and entertainment benefits. PGR reserves the right to Contract with various 3rd Party providers to fulfill travel outside the eligibility parameters of this promotion.
PGR acts as an agent for hotels and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package and shall not be liable for any loss, cancellation costs, delays, irregularities, accidents, injuries, damage to persons or property, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, arising from, or in conjunction with, any of these services. The Promoter will not assume any responsibility and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or interruptions due to nature, strikes, Acts of God, acts of war or terrorism, and other acts beyond its control. This promotion will be offered throughout the U.S.; however, it is void where prohibited by law and where state regulation and/or licensing requirements have not been met.
RESERVATIONS

A minimum of 14 days advance notice is required as certain days of the week and times of the year are extremely limited. Peak travel dates near nationally recognized holidays and special events, such as Christmas, Thanksgiving, Spring Break and major conventions may be subject to a surcharge due to high demand. We recommend you book these at least 90 days in advance. Check-in permitted any day of the week; however, a weekend surcharge of $23 to $49 per night for Fridays and Saturdays may be applicable at the time of booking. Alternative accommodations may be available upon request. Please check with customer service for specific date details and do not book your airlines until your Reservation is Confirmed by a Vacation Concierge. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Additional room nights, accommodation upgrades, tickets and more may be purchased at the time of booking.
Rescheduling or Cancellation: For your convenience, your travel arrangements can be made within 12 months of purchase date as long as the request is made more than 14 days prior to your date of arrival. Travel must be completed within 18 months of date of purchase. The promotional hotel offer is fully transferable for $25 under same terms and conditions and is non-refundable 30 days after the purchase date. If your reservations are already confirmed and you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason within 14 days of your arrival date, you may be assessed a cancellation fee predicated hotel policy. It is highly recommended that you purchase travel insurance, especially during these unprecedented times.

YOU MAY ALSO CANCEL THIS CONTRACT IF ACCOMMODATIONS OR FACILITIES ARE NOT AVAILABLE PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR USE AS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT. IF YOU DECIDE TO CANCEL, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE SELLER IN WRITING OF YOUR INTENT TO CANCEL BY RETURNING THIS CONFIRMATION and SENDING NOTICE TO: BESTVACATIONSEVER!
